Terms and Conditions – Subscription Patrol Plans

These Terms and Conditions apply to all subscription-based mobile patrol services provided by Z Protection Services. By subscribing, you agree to the following:

1. Scope of Patrols

  • Subscription patrols are external only and are focused on deterrence, observation, and reporting.

  • Officers provide a high-visibility presence, check external entry and exit points, and submit digital proof of service (GPS logs, NFC scans, photos, and reports).

  • Patrols do not include hazard inspections, maintenance, or internal walk-throughs unless specifically arranged in a customised agreement.

2. Subscription Plans

  • Clients may subscribe to one, two, or three patrols per night.

  • The service is the same across all plans. The only difference is the number of patrols completed each night.

  • Patrols may be scheduled at fixed times or randomised within an agreed time window.

3. Subscription Period and Payments

  • Subscriptions operate on a monthly billing cycle.

  • Payment is required monthly in advance before patrols commence.

  • Subscriptions have no lock-in period.

4. Plan Changes and Cancellations

  • Plan changes (moving between one, two, or three patrols) can only take effect at the end of the current month or at the start of a new month.

  • Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time by emailing Z Protection Services. Patrols will continue until the end of the paid billing cycle.

  • There are no cancellation fees.

5. Missed Patrols and Service Guarantee

  • Z Protection Services maintains backup staff, vehicles, and resources to cover unexpected issues.

  • If a patrol is missed due to our error (for example, vehicle breakdown or scheduling mistake), a credit will be issued for that missed service.

  • No credits are provided if patrols cannot be completed due to client-related issues (locked gates, blocked access, unsecured animals, etc.).

6. Emergency Contacts

  • Clients must provide at least two emergency contacts.

  • For risk assessment purposes, emergency contacts must be available after hours and able to answer calls from our 24/7 control room.

  • Emergency contacts must have the authority to make decisions regarding the property.

7. Static Guard Deployment

  • Clients may choose whether to authorise Z Protection Services to deploy a static guard if a property is found unsecured and emergency contacts cannot be reached.

  • Static guard deployment is charged at hourly rates with a minimum of four hours per guard.

  • If the client declines authorisation, Z Protection Services is not liable for theft, damage, or loss caused by the property being left unsecured.
